Blame is the act of holding someone else responsible for your mistakes, failures or unwanted outcome.

The primary focus is to assign fault rather than finding solutions.

Taking responsibility involves acknowledging your actions, decisions & their consequences - all based on self-reflection & looking within.

We also need to accept responsibility for our own well-being which includes physical, mental &emotional wellbeing.  Your personal choices regarding lifestyle, self-care, nutrition, exercise & stress management significantly impact overall wellbeing.
