REFLEXOLOGY

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a natural form of holistic therapy, based on the discovery that there are reflex points on the feet which directly correspond to the body’s systems, organs and structures.  It is a method of stimulating the nerve- endings that follow a path to Zones of the body in order to
directly impact on the energy flow and to activate a healing process.
