Course aims: The Focus Awards Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (RQF) is intended for those who wish to enter into a teaching role and for those who have worked in assessing roles and wish to progress on to a teaching qualification. The qualification is also suitable for trainee teachers, as well as those who have experience in a teaching role
Qualification Structure: To successfully achieve the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training learners must achieve 75 credits from 4 mandatory units and 45 credits from the optional units, totalling 120 credits
At least 5 credits must be from Level 5

Course Structure: Our Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification is internally assessed by our qualified assessors and externally verified by the awarding organisation.
The assessment takes the form of written assignments and the delivery of 2 observations.
